Leadership Development Training to the project staffs

The participants of the training were Mid-level Manager [Program Manager, Thematic Manager, Project Coordinator, Admin & finance officer of the saemaul  Zero Community Development Project, Good Neighbors International Nepal. The objective of the training is to provide emerging and Mid-level managers with the knowledge, skills, and tools essential for effective leadership. Specifically, the training aimed to enhance the following Knowledge, Skill, and Attitude [KSA]
