Conducted Three Day Training session on Prioritize Priority to the Inclusive Rural Development Project  staffs 

An efficient manager always gives the first priority to the most important things. Putting first things in the first place is the management skill but many people fall into the trap of being caught up in non-important things. They neglect the larger life priorities until it becomes too late to act on them. To become a master of time, a leader needs to first be aware of their priorities in the larger context of life. For those transitioning from leading others to leading the organization, this course offers the tips and practical tools for managing the priorities real by explaining the context behind these priorities, crafting detailed implementation plans, and helping employees think through their own workflow.
