Training is my Passion. Some Glips from ' Put First Things First" Training
Put first things first
A efficient manager always
gives the first priority to the most important things. Putting first things in
first place is the management skill but
many people fall into the trap of getting caught up in non-important things.
They neglect the larger life priorities until it becomes too late to act on
them. To become a master of your time, you need to first be aware of your
priorities in the larger context of your life.
I adopted the Time
Management Matrix from Stephen Covey’s
book 7 Habits of Highly Effective People which is is tremendously useful in prioritizing
things. It helps us structure our daily
activities by importance and urgency and deal with them accordingly.
Here are some picture from my recent training where I adopted "Time Management Matrix" to train senior officer and coordinator of my organization on Prioritization.
